Born and raised in the SGV, Albert has built himself on home-cooked Taiwanese food and countless restaurants in San Gabriel and Alhambra, some of which he still goes to. In his time studying Chemical Engineering at UCLA, Albert also spent 3 years as a repairman for the school's 2-story world class gym. His first logical role on the night market team was as the head engineer, building different structures for the night market. A co-lead for the World's Largest Boba Cup, Albert has his sights set on an unbelievably amazing new year for the Night Market as Head of Special Projects.
