Coming out of Van Nuys, CA, High Drags has transformed from a brother and sister electronic duo into a five piece indie outfit. Siblings Marissa and James Longstreet have been writing together for over three years, much of the time sending ideas back and forth between their hometown of Rochester, NY and Los Angeles. After relocating permanently to LA, the current band formed at the Los Angeles Producers Club(LAPC), a music studio strongly reminiscent of the house in Wayne's World.

The five piece consists of members Marissa Longstreet(vocals/keys), James Longstreet(drums), Tina Ferrell(bass), Christine Medrano(guitar) and Jeff Thompson(guitar/keys). Drawing influence from the likes of Uffie, Friends, and the Police, High Drags is quickly gaining recognition for its powerfully seductive live shows that often result in extended dance parties. The band is currently playing shows in and around Southern California and constantly writing new music at the LAPC.
